Refund Policy
Purchases of our software are processed by FastSpring as an authorized reseller. For purchases made through FastSpring, we provide the following return policy.
1. Free evaluation version
We provide all interested parties with a free evaluation version of our software. This can be tested without restriction for 14 days. During this period, you have the opportunity to comprehensively test the functions, compatibility with your system, and usefulness of the software.
2. Purchase of the full version
When you purchase the full version, you will receive an activation code immediately after completing the purchase process. The software is provided immediately and completely digitally.
Please note: Since you were able to test the software before purchasing it, refunds are generally not possible after activation.
3. Right of withdrawal in the EU
Under EU law, there is generally a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, this expires as soon as delivery begins immediately after purchase and the customer has expressly agreed to this. Once the activation code has been sent, the service is considered to have been provided, meaning that withdrawal is no longer possible.
4. Refunds for technical errors
A refund will only be granted if the following conditions are met:
- There is a technical error that prevents the software from functioning as advertised.
- The error was brought to our attention within the first 14 days after purchase (e.g., via our support form).
- The error was not reasonably discoverable in the evaluation version.
- We were unable to fix the error within 30 days.
